Calendar View in Project Professional 2007

I have created a project of all of my projects for the year. I need to view
and print it in Calendar view for my staff - but some of the tasks (projects)
are not showing up on the calendar. Anyone know why?

Hi Carol,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

That's probably because there is insufficient space to show them all. Move
your cursor to the dividing line between the weeks until you get an Up/Down
arrow - then click and drag downwards.
