Gantt chart is a default view in PWA. Is it possible to see (setup) a
calendar view of a project?

Thank you.

In PWA, you cannot create a Calendar view of a project. Sorry.

Are you 100% sure about that? If yes, it is too bad, it would be nice
if calendar view is available.

Would it be possible to have a calendar view if I hire a SharePoint
programmer?

Frankly, I do not know. I know there is a Calendar web part that is
available in in the Project Workspace, but do not know if you could program
it to show a Project Details view of a selected project. You might want to
re-ask the question in the microsoft.public.project.developer newsgroup and
let our developers give you a definitive answer. Hope this helps.

Just read adding this very feature in the MS Project main blog!! See:

Does require MOSS though and some customization.
