Calendar view not showing correctly

I have an Issue with one of our Conference Rooms that we setup as a resource.
We are running Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. We have this room reserved for
our Human Resource Department for Recruiting. If i go in and try and do a
meeting request for this conference room all i see is a solid Blue bar and i
cannot get any information on it. If i hoover over the bar it does not come
up and give me who has it reserved and for how long. The real problem is that
our HR department wants to reserve it for individual meetings for interview
etc, but also have it reserved for all time so nobody else tries to reserve
it. If i go in and look at the Calendar using a group with all of our
conference Rooms on it it show me all the individual meetings that have been
scheduled but not that the room is already reserved for the next four months
for our HR department. Is there any way to get it to show all the meetings
without using a group to view them?
