Calendar View of Project 2003

Is there a way to view more information from the resource pool on the
calendar view? I need company, contact, phone number to show, and thus be
able to be printed out for distribution.

Hi April,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

It is possible but could get messy! In the Calendar view, Format/Bar
Styles.../All and in the Text area add fields for example Text1,Text2,Text3.
Back to the Gantt Chart view and insert the same columns, rename them and
type in the info you want to see diaplayed.
