Calendar view

Hi - was wondering if there is a way to only show certain tasks (and not show
the others) on the calendar view (such as meetings) -- or will i have to
create a seperate project in my master file that just contains these meetings?

Hi Hawk,

You could create filters to selectively hide information. Add a
spare flag field (Flag1 for example) and set the flag as needed.
Then create a custom filter (Project > Filtered For, More Filters,
New). Apply the filter to the Calendar view and you should be all
set.
