Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange On the 2004 version of Entourage calendar the current day was highlighted in pink making it very easy at a glance to tell if you are on the right day, week, month.

The new version is light yellow which I am having a hard time distinguishing as the current day.

Is there a way to change the color of the current day highlight?

Afraid not. Microsoft has never been responsive to any request of allowing
the end-user to tailor the appearance of the Entourage layout such your
request to specify the color of the cuurent day. If Microsoft developers
are following the general industry trend, they are probably sitting in dark
rooms with large monitors and the "yellow" looks just fine to them.

Other pet peeves:

Every time the cache is emptied, the folder views are reset to default
values.
No custom views can be set as in Outlook
The scheduling pane defaults to all-day rather than work day (most people I
imagine are no concerned about midnight meeting opportunities).
