We have a number of shared calendars for our resources
(conference rooms, etc.) We are experiencing dozens of
problems lately with calendar items that are appearing on
the wrong resource. If you open the meeting itself, the
correct resource shows as an attendee ('resource').
However, the meeting itself appears in the other
resource's calendar, and as such, the resources are not
being properly booked because the free/busy info is
associating with the wrong resource.
Does anyone know how to fix this? We are running Exchange
5.5 on a W2K server, and our user base consists of about
98% W2K operating system & 2% XP. The scheduling items I
have seen lately are appearing only among attendees who
are using W2K operating systems, so I don't think it's a
platform compatibility issue among the attendees. Thanks.
