Calendar will not share

There are now 5 of us in our office. We were able to share everyone's calendar without any trouble. When we added a new person I sent out the invitation from his computer to the four of us to share his calendar. And vice a versa. However all but one calendar will share. I "unshared" everyone and then reinvited everyone to share this person's calendar. But after 3 days none of us can share this person's calendar. Can anyone please help me with this problem?
