calendar will not sync with PPC when enterd via outlook 2003

Hi Guys had this probelm before. we found a solution it worked. now the
probelm is back but solution don`t work or i`ve done somethig different. so
here goes
PPC calendar will not accept any appointments added via outlook 2003 when
sync with exchange active sync. but will when added via OWA or OMA. It is all
so fine when added from PPC to Exchange calendar it shows up in Outlook 2003.
it seems a lot of people are having similar probs.
Any help in solving this would be great.
We are running a SBS2003 Std Edition All servives pack up todate.
The PPC s windows mobile 2003se.
it seemed to go funny after we added IMF update possible contection?
