Calendar Wizard not Working

A user of Word XP reports when he attempts to use the Calendar Wizard,
nothing but a blank screen comes up. He is not prompted for anything and
there is no table. Table is in Hide Gridlines status.

I'm not finding any newsgroup on Templates so am hoping someone can point me
in the right direction.

You would have to Show Gridlines to see the table structure and add a border
to print it.
