After installing windows 2000 and office xp i no longer can use the calendar
wizard in word to put borders and boxes in the calendar. The calendar is
created but no boxes around each date.

I dont understand why you didnt buy Office 2000 to match your windows
operating system. Normally people have Xp and get Office Xp edition not the
other way around. Anyway im not here to criticize. Try running the
troubleshooter in office, if it doesnt work try format picture or gridelines.

That is complete nonsense. I'm running Word 2003 on Windows 2000. Others may
be running Word 6 on Windows XP (yes, it can be done). There is no
requirement to match versions (especially since there is not an exact
correspondence).

Table | Show Gridlines to see the cell boundaries. Format | Borders and
Shading to add borders.

Table and show gridlines does show the boxes around each date on the docunemt
but does not show up on print preview and does not print with the boxes. I
use these as sign out sheets and in the older versions of word all was done
with in the wizard by selecting boxes and borders, then Landscape, then the
month and year and all calendars showed up with the borders and boxes
automatically. I can use this as a work around but must be able to print the
calendar with the boxes in place.
