Hi can anyone help me with this problem?
I do the following:
1-Open Calendar and view by Month
2-Click 'New Recurring Appointment'
3-Settings are:Check Weekly:Start 10:00 End 10:30 Duration
30 mins:Change'Recur every 1 week to every 2 weeks' and
Start Wednesday 1/10/2003:No End Date
4-Click OK then fill in Subject e.g. Meeting - Jane and
put Location as Portsmouth
5- Select Label as Travel Required to make it appear in
Blue on the Calendar and Click Save and Close
6- Check Calendar and the appointment shows from every day
of every week from 1/10/03 onwards
7- If I open the appointment and remove the recurrence so
it just shows on the 1/10/03 all looks as I would expect
for a single appointment. Again adding the recurrence as
above adds the appointment to every day from 1st onward
I do also have another profile on the same OUTLOOK which I
can operate exactly as I would expect, so it looks like I
have corrupted one calendar (My main one with all my data
in) but the other profile's calendar works 100% OK.
Thanks in advance
Dave
