Calendar won't stay open AND no title on window

I have a secretary that views 4 calendars of other people.
She just upgraded from W2K w/Office 2K to WXP w/Office
2003. Now one of the calendars that she views closes
whenever she goes to her mail. It also (when open) does
not show up in her "other calendars" box or "My calendars"
box, and it does not have a title in its own window
(ie. 'Calendar' or 'Smith, John'). She opens the
calendars by clicking on the 'Open a shared Calendar' link.
Where do I begin to fix this problem? She is up to date
on all service packs.

 

[Got It Myself]

In case anyone else has this same problem, the fix
was to remove the mailbox of that particular person (whose
calendar was not showing up correctly)from my secretary's
mail box 'of additional mailbox to open'. And then re-add
that mailbox back into my secretary's 'additional mailbox
to open'.
I find this often in Microsoft products. (undo/redo,
open/close, etc.) It makes things work again. I call
it "jiggling the handle"; kinda like the way to fix a
running toilet.
