Hi everyone, I guess this is kind of a two part question but it has to do
with one outlook user. We have setup a user that is a conference room.
Under resource scheduling, we have set the room to automatically accept
appointments as a resource.
We have two problems... In calendar options, for the life of me, I can't
figure out how to make it available 24 hours a day. If I set the start time
as 12 am (first in the list) and the end time as 11:30 pm (last in the list)
We have a 30 min segment that shows as unavailable, if I set them both to 12
am it show as unavailable for the entire day. We would really like to just
have it be available to schedule 24/7.
Second on this user/resource I have set the free/busy options to show ahead
6 months and refresh every 1 minute. When the resource is scheduled the
free/busy bar shows as No Information. The free/busy should be refreshing
every minute and I have given Author rights under resource scheduling - set
permissions.
We are running Outlook 2007 with exchange 2003 sp2 backend.
Thanks for any help on either of these issues.
