Calendar Working Days

Bill Bradshaw

I am working with Microsoft Projects 2003. I want to set up a 60 workweek
template with out having to go through each month and adjusting the working
days to show Monday through Saturday, 10 hours per day. There must be a way
I can take a new schedule and tell it to schedule each and every month for a
10 hour, 6 day work week but I can not figure it out. In Alaska a normal
construction workweek is 60 hours per week.

Hello Bill,

Go to Tools > Change Working Time. Click and drag from the M column
heading to the S column heading to select every Monday through
Saturday in the entire schedule. Edit the From: and To: as needed
to reflect the 10 hours per day. Click on the Options button and
edit Hours per Day to 10 and Hours per week to 60.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
