How do you display a list of re-curring calendar entries,
indicating the date & subject of appointment?
e.g. enter appointment, add recurr option for 10 weeks,
then VIEW as a list those 10 appointments when going to
the FIND option, The programme, as I see it, simply
indicates there is a recurring appointment for that name,
and does not display any details.

Correct. Individual recurrences appear only in the day/week/month view of
the calendar, not in any table view, which is what Find uses.

The same limitation on displaying recurring items applies to all versions of
Outlook, including Outlook 2003.

If you have Office 2003, you can create a new view, and then define
everything imaginable about it. Try the custom views in your version.
