calendar

Is there a way to retain my calendar within the program for more than one
year? I notice that it only keeps 12 months. Once it became November 2004,
it dropped October, 2003. I would like to retain them indefinitely for
reference.

Calendar items are not dropped unless you have archiving set and have it
delete the original items after archiving. I still have calendar items from
1997.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
