I just bought a smartphone and programmed it full of appointments and
birthdays. It synchs up with outlook without errors but its not picking up
all of the appointments. Some months are all there and others are completely
blank.
Any ideas?

Is it missing the recurring all day events? Which smartphone/how do you sync?
