I installed outlook 2002 had 2000. I have finally gotten
everything correct and like i want except my calendar. I
have two calendars, one under calendar folder is old one
from 2000. How can i transfer dates to other. When i add
appointment to lower calendar receive message saying
reminder will not appear because item is not in calendar
or task folder.

Import the calendar folder into the personal folder via the import export
wizard from the file menu

In the other calendar, switch to the By Category view. Select all items and
drag them into your main folder.

thanks for help. importing only created another calendar.
copying from category view worked..could not copy
before , not changing views.
