I am trying to create a calendar every time a new employee
starts work showing their schedule for the next month. I
need to save each calendar as I mayupdate throughout the
month. What is the best way to do this?

What version of Office do you have? Office XP and 2003 (Outlook) has the
ability to view multiple calendars.
