Calendaring queen wants calendar write access to entire company. Isthis possible?

I'm a new Exchange 2003 / Outlook 2007 administrator at a small
company and the previous email admin was asked to leave and I was
dropped into taking care of things. I have one user who performs a
cruise director role in the company and she schedules meetings for
essentially everyone to varying degrees. When she schedules meetings
they show up on the recipients calendar as tentative which irks her
(hence the queen). Is there a way to give her permissions so that her
meetings will be automatically accepted without touching each account
and giving her explicit rights to make appointments for each account?

its not possible using native features - I suppose you could write an addin
that would do it - but what if the slaves have something else going on and
need her appointments tentative until they are sure they can attend?

I suspected that this was the case because this functionality isn't
mentioned in any of the documentation that I can get my hands on. She
insists that this was the in place prior to my coming on board with
the company and "it just stopped working" one day. I suspect that this
was never the case for her but I wanted to exhaust my options before
telling her that she is... misguided. Thanks for the help so far and
if anyone has an idea of how to make this work I would really
appreciate being pointed in the right direction here.

Gotta love users. :) No, it was never the case and its not something you did
to break it.

There are two options - either encouraging all users (or pushing out a
policy at logon) to change the autoacceptance settings so that all meetings
were autoaccepted or use a rule with a script to accept meetings from a
specific person. Changing the setting may irritate other users who don't
want meetings autoaccepted and using a rule requires you to force users to
create the rule since you can't push it out at logon.

A third option which won't work for meeting requests - she could be given
permission to all calendars to add appointments directly. Use the pfdavadmin
tool for this.
