Is it possible in Outlook 2000 to be able to schedule an
appt with someone. Once they accept the invite, that it
automatically appears in their calendar? Please let me k
know.

That is, in fact, the way Outlook calendaring works. When you create an
appointment, click the Invite Attendees button to add recipients.
