Here's the question regarding Calendars and Outlook:

Can a calendar in Outlook 2003 be shared with another Outlook 2003 if there
is no Exchange server? The client uses an ISP for email (POP3).
The sharing will be via peer to peer LAN (if that matters).

Hi,

We cannot do this in Outlook 2003 directly if you are using a POP3 account.
The share calendar, free busy view needs the support from mail server such
as publish, ACL feature. However, I still have some third-party solution
for your purpose, please have a look at:
