I have several additional mailboxes open in Outlook 2003. They are all listed
in my navigation pane. I can expand them all and see most of the folders but
not all of them. I do not see the calendar, contacts or tasks folders on any
of the mailboxes, including my own. I have buttons to get to mine and I can
make shortcuts to get to the other ones but how can I show all the folders on
the navigation pane just like they did on the Outlook 2002 folder list?
