Calendars on a web page

I have a "button" labelled CALENDAR.

When users enter the calendar section I was them to seem certain dates in a
different colour... know how to do that.

I would like to add a "comment bubble" so that when they place the cursor
over a date a pop commnet with apear with an event.

I don't use a calendar, but you might just highlight the date and change the
color?

I don't know of a way to add a "comment bubble", but perhaps you can add a
link to another page with the event details?
