I am creating a personnel availability DB. The personnel (170 people in all) have a choice of 3 dates for their availability. I need to take those availabilities and import them into a "master calendar" showing the personnel available on the specific dates they requested. The date range is relatively short: June 2, 3, and 4th. Can anyone help.....
