Calendarwon't display all events-I NEED 2 C EVERYTHING! NOT "MORE..."

It's as if iCal & Microsoft don't realize how busy we are all today!!! I have 4 & 5 events per day in my calendar, and to schedule properly, I need to see all of my events displayed, not "More......" Is there a way to make more calendar items visible on the monthly calendar display?

any help is appreciated!
