On server side : Running Exchange 2007 with SP1 on Windows 2003 SP2 (64 bits
version)

On Client side : Running Outlook 2003 with SP2 on Windows XP SP2

User A:

When User A make a appointment from Outlook 2003
Create an appointment and book a meeting room
Meeting Room send Auto accept message to User A
When User A change the appointment content/subject --> click Save
and Close, Outlook does not prompt a windows ask User A "Send Update to
relative parties or not. In the past, User A's Outlook will show that
prompt.

If User A logon to his mailbox by OWA
When User A change the appointment content/subject, it will pop-up a
windows ask User A "Send Update to relative parties or not.

I also did a testing, on the same Windows XP, Logon as domain Administrator.
Create 2 Outlook pofiles for 2 different user with same privillege. When I
open Outlook, Outlook will ask open which Outlook profile.

The 2 Profile name as "Normal Profile" and "User A Profile".

If I open "Normal Profile" and change any appointment subject or contect,
Outlook will pop-up a windows ask me send Upate to relative parties or not.

If I open "User A Profile" and change any appointment subject or contect,
Outlook will NOT pop-up a windows ask me send Upate to relative parties or
not.

Very appreciate if any of you can give an idea or direction to solve this
problem.
