calender events disappear

Within less than a minute of posting either Calender events, or calender appointments, they disappear. In preference, my 'delete all non recurring events' option is not ticked.

Within less than a minute of posting either Calender events, or
calender appointments, they disappear. In preference, my 'delete all
non recurring events' option is not ticked.

Although you didn't say it I assume you're using Exchange.

If you see this in just one or a handful of folders then right-click or
Control-click that folder or Calendar, select Folder Properties and
click the Empty button to empty the cache. You can also select the
account itself and empty the cache for all of your folders.
