Calender in outlook disappearing

My company has recently upgraded from SBS 4.5 to SBS 2000 and now the employees calenders are being deleted weekly. When an appointment is set it gets cleared out of everyone calender within a week or so. Does anyone out there know what may be causing this to happen? Need help right away.
