Calender issue

Hi,

I have a question regarding Calender,

In our organsation we use exchange 2000 and .pst, for our users.



As you know it is not possible to share Calender with pst, so for some of
our CEO we use the Calender under the mailbox , and these CEO's does not
useing the pst option.
some user want to access there Calender from home so they use there pst and
create there appointments in Calender under exchange mail box, but the issue
is that this users doesn't get any worrning at the arrivel of the appointment.
And personally I think becuse they configure there outlook to work with .pst

Now i want to know,

Is it possible to configure the outlook or exchange, that the Calender under
..pst and Calender under exchange mailbox can sync with each othere so no
matter where you make the appointment you can access them in both celenders
and you can get a worrning.

Correct. Without a third-party add-in, Outlook fires reminders only for
those folders in the delivery location. Since they're using a PST as the
delivery location, the Exchange mailbox entries won't trigger reminders.

The whole purpose of Offline Folders in Outlook (With Exchange 2000, you
don't have the option of Cached Exchange mode) is so that you can have the
Exchange mailbox as the delivery location and still use Outlook while away
from the office and disconnected from the Exchange server. Offline Folders
would solve your problems completely. Enter "offline folders" in Help's
seach for additional information.
