Calender Permissions/requests

Hi I have 80 people all using Outllook2000 with Exchange 2000 in the back, users have access to add appointment into other peoples diary but this has started becoming a problem as the owner of the diary cannot tell who added the appointment or deleted/altered it. Does anybody know of a solution to this problem.
