Calender Setting

Dear All,

To set days in calender we use Change working time and adjust the
calender. If i want 6 days in a week as working days and 2 and 4th sat
should be non-working days in month.
while defining Hours per day will be 8hrs
but how to define hours per weak? and how to define days per month?

right now i am making 2 and 4th sat as non-working days. But this is
risky and time consuming to make it for all months in 4-5 years
project?

can any one can guide me on this. How i should define the calender?

Hi Nilu,

Welcome to the Microsoft Project newsgroup

With these sort of variable hours, you will have to compromise. Remember
the definition of week and month is what Project uses if you enter a
duration of weeks or months. If you only enter hours, then your calendar
will prevail as you want it. You might like to see FAQ Item: 5. Default
