Calender vbs question

I used a vbs script to add all meetings and goings on in our office adn the
staff installed it in the their calendar. Since then one of the monthly
reoccurring meetings has changed to be teh week prior. How can I create a
small add on script to delete the original date and include the new date,
while not altering the rest of the dates so my staff does not have to do this
manually for every meeeting for the next year?
