Calender vs. fiscal year

When I check "use fiscal year" calender under timescale, I
show year and quater but the quarters are still number
1,2,3,4 starting in January instead of October. How do I
fix that?

Click Tools - Options - Calendar. Click the "Fiscal Year Starts In"
drop-down list and select October, then click OK. Hope this helps.
