i have to create a overtime weekend calender with 8 people on there 2 will
rotate on 2nd shift and third shift, 2 will only rotate on third and 4 will
rotate between 2nd and first is there anyway i can just enter the names in
and let word enter the rotation automatically?

Using capital letters doesn't make an answer appear.

No, there's nothing that will do exactly what you want. You're going to have
to figure out a rotation schedule for all three shifts. You can enter the
first roation in Excel and drag it down. I just did that this week. Six guys
on 3 different first shifts, three on second, and a TBD third shift.

It's not that difficult but nothing will do the work for you. Plus you have
to understand what's going on because when there are changes - and there
WILL be changes - you need to be able to realign the schedule.
