call from outlook contacts?

how can i set up to call a contact directly from outlook?

Outlook has no dialer and is not CRM software. Outlook uses the Windows
dialer to dial numbers, but can do no more. If you expect to talk to
whomever you dialed, you would need voice modem and CRM software
You may need a different product.
