As a fairly new user of Visio, I would find it useful to have a definition or description assigned to each shape... Can anyone help with this, please? Is there a list available somewhere?
You might find it useful to change the view in the Visio Shapes window to
"icons and details". To do this, click on the shapes window (also known as
the stencil window) control menu in the uppper left corner (or right click
on the shapes window title bar) and select View > Icons and Details from the
menu. This will change the view in each the opened shapes windows to
include a few sentences of details about the shapes. I hope this helps.
