Call Me STUPID!

Okay, I blew it, lost all my cotnacts and folders when I
had to reinstal Windows XP.

Now, I have a serious question. Is it possible to create
a contact from a spreasheet where I have names, phone
numbers, and addresses already listed? If so, that would
make my life a whole lot easier.

Just "import" them from the spreadsheet. In case you're not used to this:

#1 - If you use Excel - make sure you have all the contacts you want to
import contained in a "named range" which includes the top row identifying
the field name
#2 - Make sure that when you import that you "map" all your fields
#3 - Import/Export is on your Outlook <files> menu

or

#4 - If you're not comfortable with "named ranges" - just use ContactGenie
(link below) -

Either of these options will solve your immediate problem.
