I need help with my formula in call volume forecasting. Does any one know of
a formula that has a temperature delta in forecasting call volume (e.g. for
every degree below average "x" percentage of calls will occur.) I have tried
a 4 day average before and after the date in question, and variations on the
theme, but no luck. Any help would be greatly appricated.
