Callbridge TU

I have callbridge TU on my computer to dial the phone directly from
outlook. Worked fine until we upgraded to Outlook 2003, now it doesn't
dial the 9 to get an outside line even though it shows on the settings.
Any ideas

Sorry first time I've used the groups and I thought I had posted to
wrong one! Thanks for the help, I updated the software but found out in
the end that the phone numbers had to be in international format to
work.
