Calling Outlook experts, help

Hi,

When a user prints an html formatted email from Outlook 2003, the
program crashes with no error code or message box. This does not happen
when printing a plain text email.

In attempting to resolve I have uninstalled/re-installed Office,
deleted/added the email profile, deleted/added all the printers and
drivers.

Has anyone here ever seen this? Could you suggest a possible fix or
next course of action?
