Callouts and comments

How do I insert a comment in callout format, and replicate it's behaviour as a comment. i.e. by passing the mouse pointer over the shape to see the comment. A good example of what I want to do is where one passes a mouse pointer over a stencil shape, and a callout appears defining what the shape is?

Are you asking for how to insert a comment (command Insert=>Comment), or are
you asking for some of the enhanced functions in the Callout Stencil
(calout_u.vss)?
