Cal's and Web Access

Can anyone tell me what a use can do if there machine has
only access to the project server via web access and the
machine has one CAL assigned to It

The CALs for Project Server are not Machine dependant. The
CAL your refering to is WIN2000 Server dependant. The CAL
for Project Server are based on Enterprise Reources .
Enterprise Resources that you enter you enter (yes, just
add 3 enterprise resources and your using 3 user
liscences).
