Calypso to outlook

Our company is forcing us to all use an exchange server. Outlook seems to
be the only client that views exchange email. Currently all my email is
being pop'd by calypso and I have about 3.5 years worth of mail there.
Anyone know of a way to import that calypso mail into Outlook? I'm not
really looking forward to using it, however its not like I have to much of a
choice here.

Depends on what formats Calypso will import to, also while Outlook is the
preferred choice for Exchange especially if you require all the
functionality that Outlook and Exchange can achieve, however other clients
like Outlook Express can access Exchange emails, as can IMAP clients this
would all depend on how the Exchange Administrator set up Exchange.
