Can´t send or receive emails!

I can´t send/receive emails. When I click in the button send/receive a error
appears, saying that I have a lack of permission...which is impossible once I
am the administrator of the computer...The outlook worked well and without
any problem only in the first time! My version of the outlook is the 2007,
and I use Windows Vista.
If someone can help me...Please.

Eduardo I am having a similar problem but my error states, "not implemented",
I have no idea what this means. My outlook was working now when I try to
send or receive this is the message that I get. I anm working with Vista
version also, 07... Andrea

I finally solved my problem...I solved it by creating a new user account. It
was the only way I found to put Outlook working properly and as well as
messenger, because I was having similar problems with windows live messenger.
Try to create a new administrator account and see if ot works...It worked
with me!
