Can´t uninstall Office 97 Pro - wrong path

Hi,

When I´m trying to uninstall office 97 pro and insert the cd it says that
the path is wrong. It´s looking for D:\office97\setup.ini when it´s on
D:\setup.ini
Dont know if my klient installed from another cd or what but the cd Im using
is the only one they have.

Is there any way of fixing this so I can uninstall?

You can try to bypass maintenance mode by using this information:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/142527/en-us

This will allow you to install / fix the installer entries, which will
subsequently allow you to uninstall Office.
