Can 2 or more people view the same personal folders in outlook?

I would like to see if 2 or more people can map to the same personal folders.
My manager and I share a mailbox which in turn would be good to be able to
both view a personal folder that we could store info and view in our Outlook.
We are both on a microsoft exchange server? Is this possible?

If you're using Exchange, you really shouldn't be using PST files - if you
keep everything in the mailbox, you can share what you like. You can't open
a PST file on two computers simultaneously (and there are all sorts of other
disadvantages). Change the delivery location to the mailbox, and try sharing
whatever you like. You can also use Public Folders.
