can a create an access database from a visio ERD?

if i can, how do i do it? i have been looking through the product (just purchased Visio Pro 2003) and i cannot seem to figure out how to do it. i am an intermediate access user and database designer...i just want to elimate the hand drawn to build in access steps. thanks in advance.
