Can a .dbx Outlook Express file be converted to a .pst Outlook fil

I changed computers and the new one has Outlook 2002. My old computer had
Outlook Express. I compacted the folders to .dbx files and copied them to a
CD. I have copied the .dbx files to my new computer but when I use the import
messages tool in Outlook, I get a message that the mail folder is empty or it
can not open the folder I have the .dbx files in. Is there a way to convert
the .dbx files to .pst files?

You can change your default mail handler back to Outlook Express if you like.
Outlook is mainly used because of its calendar capability. For message
sending and receiving, Express is fine. I use it mainly at home and regular
Outlook at work. Then your .dbx file will be compatable.
